Analisa Produktivitas Pekerjaan Pada Pembangunan Kantor dan Parkir THP Kenjeran Serta Parkir Sentra Ikan Bulak

Abstract

One application of civil engineering knowledge can be learned from the construction of a building. The purpose of this observation is to review the productivity of work in the construction of the Kenjeran THP office and parking as well as the Bulak fish center parking. The THP Kenjeran Office and Parking Construction Project and Bulak Fish Center Parking are based on the increasing need for tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure. The reference used for productivity calculations is SNI 7394-2008 and PUPR Ministerial Decree 28-2016. The basic data used was obtained from weekly report data for week 9 (July 20 to September 9) and analysis of work unit prices on the Kenjeran THP Office and Parking Construction Project and Bulak Fish Center Parking. During the implementation period of practical work in the construction of THP offices and parking lots in Kenjeran as well as Sentra Fish Bulak parking, there are delays in achieving progress on the planned time schedule that has been set, there are several solutions to resolve the problem of delays in work implementation, such as: Increasing working hours or increasing overtime for workers, increasing Man Power / labor to speed up work completion, always coordinating between contractors, supervisors and owners (Surabaya City government services) so that there are no miscommunications such as sending materials and the type of material used, paying attention to the goods delivery schedule so that Workers can work optimally to pursue planned progress targets.
